"Kaylie has sucessfully incorported sign as one of her communication skills. She signs animals, feelings, objects, and emotions and has about 40-50 signs. It's been about a year since we started signing and she's making such great progress..I am sooo PROUD! I am also glad that we were able to take the first class with Kara and meet our sign friends Christine and Josh. They became instant playmates!" ~ Yen, mom to Kaylie

"We began taking classes when April was around 9 months old. It was slow at first, but Christina said to stick with it and it would come. She was right!! By 18 months April could sign 50 words and understand much more! She tells us what she wants, needs, sees, hears, feels, etc....signing is the reason April doesn't have tantrums or frustrating moments throughout the day; she can communicate with us!"

"We started signing with Mazli when she was 6 months old and waited 8 weeks to see her first sign, which felt like forever! But we are so glad you guys encouraged us to stick with it. Despite her having strong opinions about what she likes to do, we've virtually avoided tantruming thus far, and all of our friends actually comment on it! Now she's almost two, and says things like "Wanna play with me?" or "Puppet show scary!" or "I reading a book!" She literally narrates her little life, commenting on everything she does out loud! We have real back-and-forth conversations, and I'm convinced that helping her communicate early on has had a lot to do with that!" ~Michelle, mom to Mazli

"Signing with Ava has been so much fun! She always seems so attentive to what I'm doing with my hands when I talk to her and she seems to be so proud when she is able to understand what I'm saying and sign things. Ava signed water for the first time tonight (she just patted her mouth with an open fist) and also signed dog yesterday. YAY!! She does light and fan as well as milk ALL the time. Seems like an explosion recently... What a cool thing!"

"(Finnian) loves your class... He doesn't generally give me a lot of information about his day--unless it's a Tuesday. On Tuesdays he prattles on and on about what he did in Spanish class. I can't wait until our little one turns three in July so she can join you too! "

"My son Owen and I were in Kara's beginner class... he can tell me when he wants a bath, when he wants to go to bed, when he wants to listen to music, when he's hungry, and several other really useful communications (more, all done, down, milk)... Owen and I both enjoyed her class and use the things we learned everyday."
